Viresh founded Ruvixx with the vision of empowering licensing and brand protection teams to protect their revenue, IP, products and customers. In his 15 years of experience working with IP centric industries, he observed the challenges and risks the industry faced from the lack of innovation in systems and tools, and the importance of establishing a data centric approach to keep up with these challenges in a globalized, complex supply chain. His vision is to help brand owners and licensors protect not just their revenue, but also the honest customers.

Prior to founding Ruvixx, Viresh founded Connor Consulting Corp, a global consulting firm providing audit and advisory services to leading licensors and rights holders such as ARM, Dolby, HDMI and Philips. Under his leadership, Viresh has helped customers recover over $500 million in licensing and royalty revenue.

He also spent 11 years at Ernst & Young, with his last eight years in their Contract Compliance Services team supporting license compliance and brand protection efforts at Qualcomm, ARM, BEA Systems (acquired by Oracle), Hewlett Packard, and Cisco.

Viresh has travelled to over 40 countries, partnering with over 30 licensors and brand owners, while overseeing audits at over 500 licensees and channel partners. A California certified public accountant and chartered accountant (S.A.), Viresh has graduate and postgraduate degrees from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
